Delete database

Deletes a database and all the forms and records contained therein.

Only the owner of a database may delete a database.

Status Code	Error Code	Description
200	DELETED	The database was successfully deleted.
400	ALREADY_DELETED	The database has already been deleted.
401	AUTHENTICATION_REQUIRED	The request must be authenticated
403	PERMISSION_DENIED	Only the database's owner can delete a database.
404	DATABASE_NOT_FOUND	Database with this ID could not be found.
