The following section describes the steps for viewing the History of a Record added to a SubForm using the Record side Panel. This allows you to have an overview of changes made to the Records and of users making these changes.
This includes information such as:
- The user who added or edited the Record and their email address
- The date and time a record was added or edited
- The previous field value before the edit and the changed value
How to view the History of a Record added to a Subform
- Navigate to your Form.
- Click on the Parent Record whose Subform you want to check.
- On the Details tab, click on the button with the name of the Subform to navigate to the Subform Table View page.
- Select the record in the SubForm.
- On the Record side panel, click on "History" to open the History tab.
- View the History of the Record on the History tab.
