The ActivityInfo Self-managed Server is licensed on an annual basis. The Self-managed Server License includes supports and updates for the duration of the license.
When first installed, ActivityInfo starts in "Trial mode." You have 60 days during which you can evaluate the software and invite up to ten users.
To continue beyond this period, or to invite to more than 10 users, you will need to purchase a license from BeDataDriven. After your purchase, you will receive a license key by email that you can upload in the "License" section of the Server Settings interface:
