Delete a Record added to a Subform
The following section describes the steps for deleting a Record added to a Subform. You might want to do so when the Record is incorrect, corrupt or a duplicate. Instead of deleting it, you might want to edit the Record.
Deleting a Record will permanently remove it from the system.
If you make a Subform Required by checking that property, please note that the system does not prevent records of a required Subform from being deleted. So even if a Subform is Required, its records can be deleted.
How to Delete a Record added to a Subform
- Navigate to the Table View page of your Subform.
- Select the Record you want to delete.
- Click on the "Delete record" button on the Record side panel

- The Record has been deleted.
