Two day Advanced ActivityInfo Training
Following the latest developments in relation to the COVID-19 outbreak, we have decided to postpone the training in The Hague. We plan to reschedule the training later this year and we will keep you informed.
On April 22-23, we will host an advanced training session in our offices in The Hague in the Netherlands. By hosting this training we wanted to ensure that users working in various areas such as M&E, IM, program management and coordination located away from the rest of the training locations but closer to the Netherlands will be able to join us.
Participants will learn to set-up fully working and interactive databases with more complex configurations and will get the knowledge to move from a simple reporting database setup to an advanced Information System. We have designed the training days in such a way that everyone who participates and has experience in database management will be able to easily follow every step in mastering the software. Each day includes hands-on exercises where you will practice what you have learnt. There will be one-on-one support from our team to every participant.
In order to be able to provide personalized support to every participant there are limited seats so make sure you book your seat early enough.
Please note that this is a training given by the ActivityInfo Training Coordinator, it is not an internal training of an organization; we won’t be covering the specifics of reporting to an individual cluster or donor.
Who is this training for?
The "Advanced ActivityInfo Training" is a fast-paced, two day session for users who are already comfortable with the general setup of ActivityInfo and are interested in honing their skills in using the software in more complex settings.

About the trainer
This two day training will be given from ActivityInfo's Training Coordinator, Lucy Brinks, and Alex Bertram, our Technical Director.
Lucy has been working as a Customer support and Project Manager for more than 2 years at ActivityInfo, handling questions and requests regarding the platform's use. She has given multiple trainings both online and on-site on ActivityInfo. The training material is a result of careful planning following all the insights we've got from our users.
Alex Bertram has been working to support information management in humanitarian relief for fifteen years, from Afghanistan to the Congo, and finally in the Hague, where he is ActivityInfo's lead developer.
