The ActivityInfo team is proud to announce the ActivityInfo Customer Advisory Board (CAB), a board of a select group of organizations that will be representing the ActivityInfo customer base on a yearly basis, with the aim to contribute to the company’s product strategy.

The ActivityInfo Customer Advisory Board members represent a well-rounded group of organizations related to diverse geographies and use cases which demonstrate a robust interest in information management for the humanitarian and social sector.

In the beginning of 2026, we welcomed to the Board its first eight members: Claire Bedwell-Thomas, Global Programme Impact & MEAL Manager, Islamic Relief Worldwide, Cristian Plugari, Data Transformation Manager, People in Need, Domingos José Domingos, Monitoring, Evaluation, Adaptation and Learning (MEAL) Manager, Girl Child Rights Mozambique, Martin Hill, Associate Director, Research and Evaluation, Heartland Alliance International, Nutefe Elikplim Achoribo, Information Management Officer, UNHCR, Nick Imboden, Information Management Officer, OCHA, Yangyidan Yan, Global Information Management and Organizational Learning Specialist, Danish Refugee Council, and a representative from Medecins Sans Frontiers Belgium.

Through their participation in designated meetings throughout the year, the organizations involved will be contributing to strategic broad themes related to the ActivityInfo product strategy helping us identify opportunities to create new value for the ActivityInfo customer base. They will help us open up the discussion to more organizations and users of ActivityInfo and make it easier to exchange insights into sector challenges and best practices.

Jeric Kison, the Director of Strategic Initiatives in ActivityInfo who leads the Customer Advisory Board, states:

“As we head into the next chapter of ActivityInfo's journey, we are excited to have such a dynamic group of advisors in our inaugural Board. We look forward to engaging with them deeply on the most pressing issues our customers face so that we can continue to build a product that better serves the unique needs of the social sector.”

The ActivityInfo team would like to express their gratitude to the organizations participating in the Customer Advisory Board this year for their time and commitment to enhanced collaboration and communication through this initiative.

At the same time, our team maintains open lines of communication with all customer organizations through our Customer Success team and the ActivityInfo Online Community and welcomes organizations to express their interest in participating in the CAB for the 2027 term. More details on the selection process will be provided later in the year.
