• Fixed an issue where an automation could silently skip its action step after a database write conflict, while still showing the run as "Succeeded" in the run history.
• Fixed an issue where the print record view duplicated the first selected reference when a form contained more than one reference field pointing to the same form, instead of showing each field's own selection.
