• AI-2013 FIXED: Database transfer fails for certain User
• AI-1994 Trial Accounts should only be able to transfer database ownership to a Billed Account
• AI-1995 Trial Accounts should not receive database ownership when on a Trial Account
• AI-2015 Refer to "Published" forms/activities as "Public"
