Content marketing specialist
ActivityInfo is an information management platform developed by BeDataDriven B.V. a company based in The Hague. ActivityInfo aims to simplify information management for the humanitarian world. We provide a user-friendly platform and mobile app to support the UN, INGOs and NGOs in monitoring and evaluating their program activities enabling them to learn from their data and showcasing their impact to their world.
We are looking for a Content Marketing specialist to join our team and enhance our strategy for bringing the software to more humanitarians worldwide.
The content marketing specialist is supervised and works in close collaboration with the Marketing Director supporting marketing initiatives for driving growth with content marketing activities.
Responsibilities
Content ideation and creation:
- Ideate and produce a variety of marketing content, including articles and guides, images and video scripts.
- Repurpose content for social media posts (LinkedIn) following trends and best practices.
- Develop visuals, illustrations and videos to turn concepts into easy to consume content.
- Support product updates, teams’ presentations, email marketing campaigns and online or offline company events with designs, content and templates following branding guidelines.
- Update existing content to improve SEO/AI results.
Content management and distribution:
- Own and maintain the content calendar, ensuring consistent production of high-quality content for our channels and audiences.
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to ensure tone of voice and brand guidelines are consistent across company-wide content.
- Share the produced content across social media (LinkedIn) or other dedicated channels.
Content monitoring:
- Together with the Marketing Director, analyze the impact of content to create strategies for the content roadmap aligned with the Marketing strategy.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience of over 3 years working in content marketing –experience in B2B SaaS or Monitoring and Evaluation/Information Management is considered an advantage.
- Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in a relevant field. Or an extensive portfolio showcasing requirements understanding (please make sure to link to it in your Cover letter).
- Excellent or native communication and writing skills in English. Additional languages such as French, Spanish or Arabic are considered an advantage.
- Vast experience working with content and video production tools (Canva, Adobe).
- Willing to deeply understand the target audience and the product.
- Understanding of SEO, the marketing funnel and the role of content in it.
- Results-oriented and data-driven mindset, proactive and showing attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate as well as work independently and prioritize tasks.
