1.   When entering a new intervention, a popup will open: Choose a site

 

2.   Select the province, where the intervention takes/took place by clicking on the arrow and select the province from the drop-down menu

 

3.   Select the district, open the drop down menu by clicking on the arrow

 

4.   Select the territoire

 

5.   Select the Secteur

 

6.   Select the groupement

 

7.   Select the site from the list “matching sites”, all previous entered intervention sites within the database will be listed here

 

8.   IF your site is listed, select the intervention site and click  the button below “Use site “NAME OF SITE”"

 

9.   IF your site is NOT listed, click the “Add new site” button

 

10.   Fill in the name of the site

 

11.   IF the geographical coordinates are know fill them in

 

 

12.   Drag the blue location picker to the right place on the map by click left on it and drag your mouse the right location and “drop” the location picker

 

13.   When the blue marker is on the right location on the map, please click “Use new”

 

14.   The New Intervention pop up will be opened
