Plans, databases, and users

Whether you use the free plan or a paid plan, you may create any number of "databases" on the system. However, each plan has a limit of how many users may be granted access to these databases. With the free plan, you may invite up to 10 users in total, across all the databases you create.

Free plan

If you sign up to ActivityInfo then you are automatically using the free plan which is a great way to give the service a try. The free plan includes full access to all features for an unlimited period of time, but you can invite no more than 10 other users in total. Once your operation grows beyond this limit, you can contact us to sign up for one of the paid subscription plans.

Paid plans

The paid plans differ in the maximum number of users, the number of support licenses and the number of in-person support and training hours provided by us. We provide an email helpdesk which is monitored 24/7 all year round.

The paid subscription plans include a Service-Level Agreement (SLA) which serves as a contract between your organization and BeDataDriven B.V., the provider of ActivityInfo.

Our fees listed here are in euro (€) and exclusive of Dutch VAT.

Paid plans include support for one or more named "technical contacts". Technical contacts are the individuals who are entitled to contact BeDataDriven for help or to report problems.
